Where do even begin! Danny was patient, answered all of my questions (I had lots of questions!), and was willing to go the extra mile to get us into the right home. He made things super easy for me & for that, I want to thank him, as I am a very busy person! He’s a great down-to-earth guy & would gladly recommend him to family & friends. Danny Moman was the most transparent, easy-going, helpful, patient and diligent real estate agent that I’ve had the pleasure of working with.  I sent an email via the Keller Williams website, late on a Friday evening, requesting the assistance of an agent to find a rental property.  My move-in date was exactly one week away.  Danny phoned me at 7:00am the next morning to obtain the pertinent information needed to assist me with finding a rental property.  Within one to two hours, Danny emailed me with 15 properties to review.  Through a sequence of emails and phone calls providing additional specific details on rental property specifications (ie a home in a walkable area to shops/stores, new construction or newly renovated properties, etc.), Danny provided two (2), followed by five (5), followed by seven (7), followed by three (3) properties, totaling 15 additional properties for my review.  Each set of properties better than the previous properties sent.  We decided that due to my unique property requests it would be best to visit the office the next day and view the available properties on the realtors’ website with Danny. 

Danny provided honest feedback regarding my very specific requests regarding the areas I sought to live in.  He provided neighborhood suggestions and combed the San Antonio realtors’ website with me in search of additional properties based on our discussions.  We visited five (5) properties that day and the very first one was found to be “the one”.  With a very short time-line for move-in, 5 days, Danny immediately contacted the listing agent and began negotiations on my behalf.

Danny remained transparent, easy-going, patient and very attentive throughout the process of completing my rental application and continuing negotiations with the listing agent who didn’t communicate in the same manner.  Through our persistent teamwork, I was able to move into my desired rental home one day after my desired timeframe.  Without Danny’s positive energy, jovial personality and passion for ensuring success, this stressful process would have been far less bearable.
