God totally blessed Tory and I with the most amazing realtors in Hawaii and Texas! Selling and buying homes are definitely not an easy, stress-free process especially doing so over-seas simultaneously; but I can’t imagine it going any smoother or having more capable realtors to walk us through this entire process! Thank you so very much to Beth Yoshimura and Trent Boarnet for guiding us through our move from beginning to end. Trent made what was a really difficult time personally into a smooth and easy process. I didn\‘t have to worry about the business, i was able to focus on reconciling my families and I memories and heartache with the end result. I will always truly appreciate what Trent did to help our family.

Trent actively communicated and was transparent about all parts of the real estate process.  He helped us through the process quickly and was quick to follow up when needed.  I\‘ve already let Trent know that he will be my agent if and when I need to sell my home.

This is the third time I\‘ve used Trent (2 sales, 1 buy) and he is flat out the best realtor I\‘ve worked with.  If I\‘m ever asked for a realtor recommendation in San Antonio I would have no hesitation to recommend him.

The only suggestion I would make is that since I was already committed to closing on my New Townhome in Florida and I wouldn\‘t be able to use any proceeds from the sale of the home in San Antonio, I think Trent might have suggested we wait for a \better offer\”.  I ended up having to pay $6000.00 of closing costs.  After we signed I was getting a number of calls about the house still being on the Market.”

Can\‘t say enough good things about Trent—I don\‘t think we would have made it to closing (with sanity intact, anyway) without him.

Trent was FANTASTIC during my house buying experience.  Having had such a great experience working with him to sell a house in the past I knew he would be a great partner in purchasing my house here in San Antonio.  He was thorough and kind and just an overall AMAZING person to work with.  At this point I would consider him more than just my realtor, but my friend, due to the care, concern, and attention to detail he showed during my house hunting/buying experience.  I would have absolutely no problem recommending him to my friends/family/coworkers in the future.
