Tiffany Linville

Typically I do not endorse or disparage service providers in any industry, however when someone stands out as Tiffany Linville does , I must speak out.  Tiffany assisted our family when we moved to the San Antonio area with a job transfer in 2011.  She also has assisted us in the sale of our home in the Schertz area this year.  In between she has helped with incompetent appraisers, no funding clients, rental agents and the house being struck by lightning.  I have bought and sold ten homes over my career and have seen the good and bad in real estate agents.  Tiffany has always been helpful with timely suggestions and prompting us as we have endeavored to sell out Schertz home.  Since I am not in Texas any longer I have relied on Tiffany for a lot of items and she has always come through, from suggested landscaper to sprinklers and electricians.  When it took a restoration company over 14 months to repair a lightning strike she was always there to help whenever she could.  She even enlisted her husband to help (and I want to thank him as well- good team).  Believe me when I say this is not typical in the real estate business.  She has became a friend and someone our family respects to help us whenever possible.  We have trusted her with our home and have not been disappointed.

I am trying to give you an idea of what you could expect from Tiffany if you choose her as your real estate agent. I could have used this kind of information when I floundered in the home buying and selling world.  I highly recommend Tiffany Linville.

When it comes to realtors, one size does not fit all.
Tiffany Linville is exceptional. She is professional, knowledgeable, ethical, trustworthy, honest, wise, hard-working, and well-connected to others, such as tradespeople who all homeowners need at various points in time. I have been delightfully and constantly amazed at how hard she worked for me.
I was referred to Tiffany by my mortgage loan officer because he understood I needed a realty pro who would not waste my time just sending me volumes of MLS listing. Someone who would discuss the details and repercussions of various decisions I would have to make, and who would be an expert communicator with excellent follow-through – this on top of her being an experienced realtor. The day I started working with Tiffany, I quickly realized she is extraordinary.
Tiffany worked tirelessly seemingly around the clock to pinpoint exactly what I wanted in location and features important to me. She listened to me and remembered what I told her. She took me on drives to see neighborhoods and took note of my observations. She provided focused MLS searches that she set up to filter out what was not within my interest or budget.
We looked at houses together, and I took it upon myself to drive neighborhoods and look at houses alone. When I shared with her what I experienced, she astutely pointed out various things I had not even considered, such as surrounding environment and impact on my neighborhood for years to come, such as water runoff areas, noisy roadways, and even nearby railroad tracks and overhead plane paths.
I was unceasingly amazed at her wisdom and willingness to go beyond all expectation.
When I pointed to a house I thought was “the one,” she immediately scheduled a viewing, which quickly resulted in her working straight through with me and the seller’s agent until we had negotiated a satisfactory offer, which then she negotiated into a contract.
She constantly worked on my behalf, in my favor, throughout the entire process, not just helping me find the home I wanted to buy in a neighborhood where I wanted to live for years to come, but she “held my hand” throughout the buyer/seller offer/contract agreement, negotiated fine details for upfront repairs the seller would do, and stayed in touch with me by text, phone and email.
She even reviewed my closing disclosure to ensure it was correct – and thanks to Tiffany’s eagle eye, my lender had to revise the CD several times because the numbers were not accurate!
Tiffany not only demonstrates an admirable, unfailing work ethic, professional appearance, and uncommonly diverse understanding of real estate, she also is a kind, generous, caring and compassion human being. She is a very likable sort. Always optimistic! That is so important, given that going through this process can be stressful and emotional despite it being a happy life event; she kept me grounded. 
She cared about the “little things” I cared about. When I was concerned whether the seller had emptied the attic of personal belongings, for example, Tiffany met me at the house wearing jeans, pulled a heavy ladder from her vehicle, set it up, and climbed up to inspect the attic. And she did it with a smile.
Tiffany also connected me with a wide range of various experienced tradespeople to help me with upgrades I wanted to do prior to move-in, a number of whom I hired and found to be as reliable and professional as Tiffany.
Tiffany listened to me. She translated my needs and wants into a lovely tangible: My new home!
I could never recount all the continual details Tiffany handled for me as she helped me throughout the searching, viewing, offering, contract negotiating and closing process of buying my home.
I cannot ever thank her enough, and I cannot recommend Tiffany highly enough. She is a treasure.
