Shannan and her team were extremely helpful in making sure the closing on the home happened while I was out of the area.
Shannan was very attentive to getting the house and property sold. We had more showing in the 1+ year it was on the market than ther total of previous 4 years. I will highly recommend her to anyone who has a need. My only critique would be Shannan has a habit of talking over you when on the phone.

Thank you Shannan for working with us. The only feedback we have is that we were not told upfront about the $250 fee that the broker charges to get the 5% rate upfront. It was not in the estimated statement of closing costs we received up front so when we received the final closing document, we were surprised by the $250 increase in the commission fee and that it was not itemized out. We worked with Shannan back in 2010-11 as well and do not recall this being discussed either. We did feel blindsided by this. We did ask for clarification when we signed the contract what the \broker\‘s compensation\” meant in the contract and was told it was a fee for early termination. We are still not sure if this fee is the fee for the 5% discount. Thanks!”
I chose Shannon to represent me for a few reasons. 1 she came prepared with a great analysis to support recommendations. 2 she was very \real\” and \“honest\” in her conversations with me which was very important to have trust for such an important life event. 3 she was very calm which is needed when things don\‘t go exactly to plan. 4 she didn\‘t make you feel like just another client she made sure you felt valued and important to her. She stayed in contact and handheld me throughout. She was awesome so much so that I recommended her to a neighbor and they have also decided to use her to sell their home.”
The service and experience was nearly excellent. But, a home inspector was allowed to enter the home to perform an inspection. Perfectly within the buyers rights. The inspection identified deficiency and mediated with $500.00 cash. A second inspection/appraisal order by the bank was performed and the deficiency from the previous inspection were raised again which created delays and more money spent on mold inspector. Luckily or thank God no mold just a little mildew from the shower steam. Inspection are never fun and deficency should be corrected as soon as they are discovered.
Shannan is a true professional, and made the sale very comfortable for us.
