Her analysis of the local market and our need to sell quickly allowed her to advise us on an appropriate asking price. We received multiple offers on the first week of viewing. We had a solid contract within a month; with her help with negotiations we closed with over 20K above my bottom line. During the inspection phase she provided guidance on which issues to fix and which to offer a closing allowance. Narce made the sale of our house totally stress free she puts her clients above all else and her ethics are above reproach.

Throughout the entire process she answered our questions and called us to check up often. She made it feel like we were good friends.
