Do yourself a favor and hire Trudy. This was almost as much of a no brainer as the house I choose to purchase. Trudy made me feel like family. She took the time even at odd hours to answers questions. She was exteremly accessible even on the weekends when no one really wants to be working. She always has a smile and makes the whole process a mission to grt you exactly what you want and even more. I would tell all my family and friends to use her services.

I researched actual sales numbers by individual realtors of properties in my price range and geographic area
and looked only at the top 2%.
Cathy was the perfect sales agent because she is always confident and professional. Her sales and
communication skills, especially with the buyers, at the open house helped seal the deal. She projected
exactly the image I wanted in a sales agent and was quick to provide sales comparisons to buyers realtor
that put our property in a good light. There were others that didn’t think we would get anywhere near our
asking price but Cathy never wavered.
The house was sold because Cathy held our only open house which was advertised on facebook and other
online services and that is how buyers found the property. Cathy was there to speak with and peak the
interest of the buyers so much so that they returned a week later with their realtor.

Typically I do not endorse or disparage service providers in any industry, however when someone stands out as Tiffany Linville does , I must speak out.  Tiffany assisted our family when we moved to the San Antonio area with a job transfer in 2011.  She also has assisted us in the sale of our home in the Schertz area this year.  In between she has helped with incompetent appraisers, no funding clients, rental agents and the house being struck by lightning.  I have bought and sold ten homes over my career and have seen the good and bad in real estate agents.  Tiffany has always been helpful with timely suggestions and prompting us as we have endeavored to sell out Schertz home.  Since I am not in Texas any longer I have relied on Tiffany for a lot of items and she has always come through, from suggested landscaper to sprinklers and electricians.  When it took a restoration company over 14 months to repair a lightning strike she was always there to help whenever she could.  She even enlisted her husband to help (and I want to thank him as well- good team).  Believe me when I say this is not typical in the real estate business.  She has became a friend and someone our family respects to help us whenever possible.  We have trusted her with our home and have not been disappointed.

We had the pleasure of working with Alexandra & Fran Christman in the spring of 2018. They assisted us in selling our San Antonio home, and our experience from start to finish with them was stellar, not to mention, very successful. Alexandra and Fran started off with a consultation at our home where they learned what was important to us. Their experience was evident from the start. They set real expectations for us and advised us on the best price point based on the detailed research they had done beforehand taking into consideration our objective and unique home situation.
