My husband, (who is a residential real estate broker with 35 years experience in home sales), and I were under a time constraint to use exchange dollars from the sale of our rental property in CA. We reached out to Matt, telling him what our goal was and less than 30 days later, we are the proud owners of a beautiful new house in TX.
