Lisa Bennett is in fact one of the best realtors there is. Not only does she possess great characteristics (humble, trustworthy, approachable, etc), but she was there every step of the way during the process and assured my family and I that we would find the perfect house for us. Lisa is very dedicated to making sure her clients’ needs are satisfied which truly defines a great realtor. Lisa actually made my dreams come true!  I had worked with three other realtors trying to get the properties I wanted, all to no avail.  I had actually become discouraged.  Lisa and I met by chance while sitting at Discount Tires around the holiday season.  She gave me her card and told me she would be in contact and to give her a chance.  I actually thought I would never hear from her again.  But lo and behold she called.  I gave her all of the information that I had and she said she would work on it for me.  Again, I actually thought I would never hear from her again since I didn’t hear from the three others.  Needless to say, Lisa accomplished what the others couldn’t in about six months.  With Lisa’s great handiwork I was able to purchase the properties I wanted and they weren’t even listed!

I happened to have met Lisa while I was sitting at Discount Tire.  Lisa was very personable and easy to talk to.  It came out in our conversation that she was a realtor and that I had been trying to get a specific property for the last four years.  She handed me a business card and told me to give her my contact information and she would make it happen for me.  I was very skeptic since I had been through three realtors and they were unsuccessful.  Lo and behold she called me a couple months later to let me know that she was working on getting me this property and had been in contact with the owners.  I actually thought I would never hear from her.

I am happy to say that Lisa was successful where the others were not.  Lisa made my dreams come true while staying patient with me with all of the questions/concerns I presented to her.  Also, she stayed in contact with me keeping me up to date step by step.  I always knew what was going on and where we were.

Lisa is a truly phenomenal agent. When I approached Lisa to assist with finding a rental she agreed but asked why I was choosing to rent versus buying a home. My husband and I went in circles about the possibility of buying versus renting. Our time line was very short as the lease we were in was due to end in the following two weeks (June 1 2017). Lisa called us one afternoon and informed us on a home that in our neighborhood that had been placed back on the market that day. Lisa was aware that it was detrimental for us to stay in the same school zone for our son. My husband and I looked at the home and made an offer that night. The offer was accepted the very next morning. From the first approach until the time the buying process begin was literally less than 72 hrs. Lisa has been very engaged since our first encounter. Even after the closing of the home, Lisa continues to be engaged. She made herself available to when we could not be for our satellite installation. She continues to go above and beyond. Ms. Bennett is awesome.  She is very professional and courteous, but most importantly she is very patient. There were several times when my wife and I were ready to give up on the purchase of a home, but Ms. Bennett\‘s positive attitude kept us going.  At the end, she was able to convince a seller to accept our offer even before entertaining other offers.  The house that we purchased with Ms. Bennett\‘s help is exactly what we were looking for and we are forever grateful to Ms. Bennett.
