Submit your testimonialOur move from California to 1068 Via Principale entailed having two escrows being processed concurrently that were intended to be timed with close of escrow of our California property timed with close of escrow with our New Braunfels property within five - seven days. We have a family need to insure closures of both escrows finalized as close as possible. Add to that a mid February trip that my wife made to New Braunfels for 4 days whose purpose was to find \the\” property she wanted…place a contingent offer That was my challenge.This is what I asked of Kathy Walker Group…Of course there were many hurdles… results were all issues that arose were handled with the utmost professionalism and apparent ease. And we closed California property on the 5th of March and closed the Texas property on the 12th of March. The Walker Group met all.I cannot begin to say how happy I am with the Walker Group…they over achieved and did an outstanding job with almost impossible challenges! About Kathy Walker
I was born and raised in San Antonio, and lived in Austin for five years before moving to San Jose, CA where I built upon my career as a sales and marketing professional. I have 25+ years of sales and marketing experience, including managing a $16+ million operation and 40+ employees. I successfully provided optimum service to thousands of clients over the years and was consistently recognized as a Top Producer.
I returned to Texas in 2000 to be close to family and shortly thereafter, began my Real Estate profession. I love working with people, and sharing in their joy in finding "the perfect home" is gratifying to me.
