About Juan Carlos Suarez
Juan Carlos has been in the real estate business for over 25 years. While he grew up in a family of developers in Mexico, he and his wife moved in 1994 to California where he got his feet wet as he put together his first deal, a 48 unit new construction apartment building, all while completing a Masters in Business Admin. UCLA. After graduating with a focus on RE Investment, he worked several years with a major Los Angeles Apartment syndicator in their acquisitions and closing team.
After identifying the growth opportunity in Texas, in 2002 he moved with his wife and 3 young children to McAllen, right on the Southern Texas border with Mexico, where he continued to build an investment portfolio specialized in unique apartment and single family rental properties.
After moving to San Antonio he has continued his involvement in residential real estate investments and is now an active Sales Agent.
