I am a successful Realtor and Real Estate Investor.
In addition to an extremely successful traditional real estate practice, we have enjoyed investing in real estate. Some we have held as rentals, some we have renovated and sold to owner occupants. When we have more projects than we can handle, we sell our overflow to other investors.
We have always made our properties a cut above the other homes in the neighborhood. Because of our design innovation and aggressive marketing, we've been able to sell pretty quickly, at a good price for us, and still giving the buyer good value for his money!
In a previous life, I worked for 17 years with the Administrativ Office for the United States Courts.
Before that, Oncology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
