Eric was an excellent advocate and consultant through this process and went above and beyond in supporting us as first time home buyers. We would (and have) recommended him to others. He`s negotiation skills helped us save money and he is knowledgeable and supportive. His laid-back and fun personality made the difficult process of finding a new house less stressful. It did seem that his engagement in the process waned a bit at the end, but I think that`s understandable because we were extremely picky, a bit indecisive and it took us a long time to find what we were looking for. But, in the end, we found a wonderful house and would feel confident in having him as our agent again.

Eric became a REALTOR® in May of 2005 after his parents asked them to join their team, The Everett Team.
