The home is being built in a great location close to everything, easy access, tree cover streets, corner lot. This home is expected to be completed in the 3-5 months. Depending on when a buyer places a contract on the property, the buyer may be able to make changes such as, fireplace, flooring, appliances, etc. Changes may or may not result in increased pricing of the finished home.
