The lease represents a gross lease with tenants responsible for interior insurance (i.e. renters insurance), internet, janitorial and phone. All other expenses paid by the landlord i.e. (taxes, property insurance, and utilities). The current lease expires on February 28 2023 so anytime after that will be ready for move in.
